Front Yard xeriscape pricing and timing

Your landscaping estimate includes labor, materials, demolition, hauling, insurance, fuel, taxes, equipment, advertising, licensing, and a profit. Additionally, 10% of Creation’s net income is given back to the community. Our all-in price means no surprises.

If you are shopping around, you will find Creation Landscaping is in the middle on price; we are not the least expensive, and we are not the most expensive. We do not have a separate design charge and our all-in price includes a sketch for HOA approval if needed. Our final design process starts after the demolition is done: Kent and Tony work out the details on the job and discuss it with you before purchasing any materials.

Tony and Kent do quality work and we use the highest quality materials available. As a guide, in 2026, their average front yard xeriscape project will cost around $15,000 - $20,000 depending on the size, access, and complexity of your project.

Why only front yards? 3 reasons...

1. Keep the business small: specializing has allowed us to stay small, keep lead times short, and customer satisfaction high.

2. Access: we are both in our 60s and we rely heavily on our equipment. Our days of wheelbarrowing through back yard gates are in the past.

3. Fun: we have learned that front yards are the most enjoyable, and as we start to think about retiring in the next few years, why not have fun?

We do not charge a change order fee, and we do not charge for estimates.  We cannot afford to do free design consultations, so only serious inquires please. Kent does the estimates after work (Mon. - Fri. from 4-6pm).
